Thermoplastic hose
SAE100 R7 thermoplastic hydraulic hose is suitable for delivering synthetic, petroleum or water-based hydraulic fluids in the working temperature of -40 °C to +100 °C. It is non-conductive due to its appropriate materials. It is composed of three parts: tube, reinforcement and cover. The tube is made from high quality oil resistant thermoplastic, making the hose widely used in delivering synthetic, petroleum or water-based hydraulic fluids. The reinforcement is made from suitable synthetic fiber and the cover is made from high quality thermoplastic, which is resistant to weather and hydraulic fluids.Specifically, it can be divided into the following three types.
Fiber Braid(Nonmetallic) Resin Hose
INNER TUBE: Oil resistant seamless thermoplastic Polyamide (PA) tube.
REINFORCEMENT: one or two layer braided high tensile synthetic fibre.
COVER: Black high abrasion resistant polyurethane.
SAE100 R7 Thermoplastic Hydraulic Hose APPLICATION: Medium pressure hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Meets or exceeds SAE 100R7 requirements. For pneumatic or gaseous systems, use perforated (pin-pricked) hose.
