1. Tubing cracking is related to the quality of the tubing and the installation method when the tubing is equipped. Be careful when you are equipped with tubing. If the installation angle does not match the difference, the pressure will meet at the joint of the tubing, and the tubing at the joint will be cracked. At this time, it is only necessary to disassemble the injector for inspection, and then replace the oil valve to solve the problem.
2. Tubing cracking has a great relationship with the unloading of the oil outlet valve. If the oil outlet valve is sealed or unloaded improperly, the residual pressure of the oil pipe will cause the oil pipe to form a high pressure through long-term accumulation, causing cracks in the oil pipe.
3. If the injector is stuck during work, the plunger will continue to spray upwards and the tubing will be stressed. The pressure that the tubing can withstand is limited. When this pressure is accepted for a long time, the tubing will rupture. Therefore, once the tubing is cracked, it is first necessary to check whether the injector is stuck.
4. Tubing cracking also has a great connection with the machine tremble. The two ends of the oil pipe are fixed by nuts, and the center is supported by a metal fulcrum of the oil pipe clamp. The machine trembles to cause the oil pipe to collide and the oil pipe is cracked. In this case, it is useless to replace the oil pipe. The oil pipe can be replaced only after the machine has been trembled.
5. The cracking of the tubing may also be caused by the misalignment between the two ends of the tubing and the injector connector and the fuel outlet valve of the fuel injection pump. After tightening the two nuts of the tubing, the tubing is distorted and deformed. In this case, the orientation of the tubing needs to be properly adjusted.
