1. High-quality hydraulic hoses will not have abnormal phenomena such as twisting, delamination, and bare reinforcement layer. The outer rubber layer will not have sponge and should be free of wrinkles (except corrugated hose) and local bulge, but the vulcanized cloth will remain. The light impression below does not affect the quality of the hydraulic hose.

2. The inner rubber layer of the hydraulic hose is not allowed to have defects such as cracks, sponges, blisters and blistering.

3. The thickness of the corresponding rubber layer of the rubber layer or the reinforcement layer of the hydraulic hose allows the thickness of the lap layer to be thinned. The overlap between the outer layer of the outer layer, the reinforcing layer and the inner layer of the inner layer is not allowed to overlap.
