The insecticidal mechanical sprayers used in agricultural production change from mechanical type to electric type, which is labor-saving and convenient. Electric sprayers also do not have more iron, not easy to rust, which greatly extends its service life. So maintenance and repair are very important. The PVC power agricultural spray hose is an important part of the sprayer. Replacing the PVC spray hose is actually very easy. If you spend a lot of time replacing the spray hose, it means that your approach should be changed. Use my method to save more time:

1. Use a ruler to measure the length of the connecting tube of the spray hose and the sprayer rod.

2. Looking for a piece of iron pipe, I used a copper pipe with a diameter of 1cm and cut out a 22cm long section with a saw.

3. Then insert this piece of copper pipe into the pipe. Generally the inlet is 12 mm and the outlet is 10 mm. So it’s better to go from the big one. At the end of the pipe, use the pointed pliers to make a few turns inside the copper pipe, enlarge the mouth of the copper pipe and close to the pipe.

4. Then apply AB glue between the copper pipe and the hose. The purpose is to combine the pipe and the pipe together. Let dry for 15 minutes.

5. Then directly connect the hose in the spray pump output connection.

Clamp with clamp. If no additional hoops are available, you can also use the copper core of the copper core to tighten it with a few loops of stirrup.

6. After 15 minutes, you can fix the pipe with copper pipe and remove any excess glue marks.

7. Connect the other end of the hose directly to the copper pipe. Because the hose is flexible, access is also more tightly matched.

8. Finally, use the clamp to tighten the hose and copper pipe. For the convenience of replacing the hose, I put the switch line which used to stand side by side with the pipe into the bottom of the sprayer, which is convenient and beautiful. The tubes used in this way last longer.

The maintenance of the sprayer is very important. With this method, not only can the PVC power agricultural spray tube be replaced quickly, but also the working life of the sprayer can be prolonged. Let’s try it.
