Hydraulic hose precautions
As the hydraulic hose varieties are complex, diverse structure, coupled with the use of different conditions, so the length of life of the hose, not only depends on the quality of good or bad, but also decided to correct use of maintenance. So even if the product has a very high quality, if not properly used and maintained, will seriously affect the use of quality and life, or even a serious accident should occur, the loss of property. The following points are provided with the following precautions:

4, hydraulic tube and hydraulic tube assembly of the media temperature under normal circumstances, should not exceed -40 ℃ – +120 ℃, otherwise it will reduce the service life.
5, hydraulic tubing and hydraulic tubing assembly should not be used in less than the minimum bending radius of the hydraulic tubing to avoid bending or bending near the pipe joints, otherwise it will hinder the hydraulic transmission and transportation of materials or damage hose assembly.
6, hydraulic rubber hose and hydraulic rubber hose assembly, should not be used in the reverse state.
7, flexible hydraulic hose and flexible hydraulic hose assembly should be handled carefully, should not be dragged on sharp and rough surface, should not bend and flatten.
8, rubber hose and rubber hose assembly should be kept clean, the internal should be washed clean (especially the acid tubing, spray tube, mortar tube). To prevent foreign objects into the lumen, hinder the delivery of fluid, damage to equipment.
9, more than the service period or shelf life of the hose and hose assembly to be identified after the experiment can continue to use.
