1. PE steel wire mesh composite pipe production process: first extrude the inner layer of plastic, and then apply a layer of PE adhesive resin on the outer wall of the formed inner plastic pipe. Wire braiding is then performed to ensure that the mesh structure of the wire is uniform and regular, and then a layer of hot-melt adhesive is applied and finally the outer plastic is extruded multiple times. This process is called as multi-layer rigid co-extrusion technology in our industry. This technology effectively solves the problem of easy delamination of steel-plastic pipes and prevents steel-plastic pipes from being corroded.
2. Steel frame plastic composite pipe: Steel mesh welding and plastic extrusion are performed simultaneously. The inner and outer layers of plastic in the pipe wall are connected as a whole through the metal mesh in the middle of the pipe wall. Thick steel bars are spot welded to form a square mesh. The fusion of two different materials, metal and plastic itself, is poor. There is no obvious interface between steel wire and plastic. The overall structure is similar to reinforced concrete. The two materials cannot be combined into one.

PE steel mesh skeleton plastic composite pipe: the inner and outer plastics of the pipe wall are connected together by a metal mesh in the middle of the pipe wall, so that the two materials are fully compounded into one, because the surface of the steel wire is very smooth, without edges, The flow resistance is small and the extrusion is uniform, so the quality of each part of the pipe is uniform and stable. Because it is welded into a mesh, the grid spacing of the skeleton is consistent, the structure is stable, and the plastic support is strong.
