Disadvantages of hydraulics

1. Because the resistance to fluid flow and leakage are difficult to control, the efficiency is low, and the environment may be polluted in severe cases.

2. It is easy to be affected by temperature changes during work, so it cannot work under high or low temperature conditions.

3.The manufacturing precision of hydraulic pipes and other components is high.

4. Due to the leakage and compressibility of liquid medium, strict transmission ratio cannot be obtained.

5. It is not easy to find the reason intuitively when the hydraulic transmission fails; therefore, the cost of maintenance and repair is high.
