In the pneumatic industry, hoses are usually connected to pagoda nozzles, relying on the shrinkage and toughness of the pipeline itself to play a fixed role. As a professional hose manufacturer, here are some common hoses used in the pneumatic industry:
PU hose: The power pressure pipe preferred by the pneumatic industry, and also the most widely used pipe. The main component is polyurethane material, most of which are hoses (there are also hard pipes according to their composite materials), which are resistant to high pressure, corrosion, abrasion and bending life. The usage scene is extremely wide.
Silicone rubber tube: hose, new polymer elastic material, resistant to ozone and radiation, has excellent high and low temperature resistance, meanwhile, it has very good resilience and minimal permanent deformation. It is widely used in food, medical and home appliance industries.
Teflon tube: PTFE tube, also known as “Teflon tube”, mostly rigid tube. High temperature resistance, resistance to most strong acids, strong alkalis, strong oxidants, stable chemical properties, widely used in the chemical, medical and communications industries.
PVC pipe: The main component is polyvinyl chloride, which has good tensile and compressive strength, excellent corrosion resistance, acid resistance, and alkali resistance. It is suitable for buried pipelines and liquid transmission pipelines in harsh outdoor environments.
When using a hose with a micropump, pay attention to the matching of the inner diameter of the hose and the outer diameter of the pump air nozzle. Considering the sealing factor, the inner diameter of the hose is generally smaller than the minimum outer diameter of the air nozzle.
