The hydraulic oil pipe assembly is composed of a steel wire braided pipe, and the oil pipe clamps on both sides are combined. It is widely used in hydraulic system, hydraulic equipment, engineering machinery, automobile industry, chemical production and other fields.
Suitable for conveying hydraulic oil, fuel oil, lubricating oil, alcohol, hydrocarbon, emulsion, etc.; working temperature is -40°+100°;

The working pressure changes with the diameter of the steel wall of the pipe wall and the diameter of the tubing. The thicker the steel layer, the stronger the pressure resistance. The larger the diameter, the smaller the pressure resistance. The hydraulic oil pipe assembly is customized according to the required size, with complete specifications and quality assurance.

Product manufacturing process

Our company’s processing of hydraulic tubing assemblies strictly abides by the custom-made process. We carefully inspect each step of pipe cutting, peeling, hose coupling, withholding, static pressure testing, labeling, packaging and shipment to ensure the quality of the hose, reduce and avoid Cause unnecessary impact to customers.

The first step is to cut the pipe. The length of the oil pipe determines the future service life and whether it is convenient to use on the spot, so I try to make the size as accurate as possible.

The second step is peeling, cut to the right length, and the external glue should be clean and neat.

The third step is the hydraulic tubing withholding. This process is very important. Too tight will damage the tubing, and too loose will cause the tubing to leak oil or the joints to fall off in the future.

The fourth step is the pressure test. This process is to inspect the tubing and is an indispensable and important part of ensuring the quality of the tubing.

The fifth step is labeling, in order to better distinguish the specifications and length of each tubing, so as to facilitate future use.

The sixth step is to screw on the dust cap of the hydraulic tubing, which is necessary for future storage.
